Fetch data matrices from AnnData and format as np.ndarray or torch.Tensor, on any device.
Installation
Using UV (Recommended)
# Install the package
uv add adata-query
# Or for development
uv pip install -e .
Using pip
pip install adata-query
Development Installation
# Clone the repository
git clone https://github.com/mvinyard/AnnDataQuery.git
cd AnnDataQuery
# Install with UV (recommended)
uv sync --dev
# Or with pip
pip install -e .
