Simple PyTorch Denoiser based on UNet in PyTorch Lightning

I'm switching from TensorFlow to PyTorch as my daily driver so I plan to do a couple of small projects like this to get comfortable. I'm open to feedback as well if you spot any issues or places where I could improve.
