依據輸入的dirname及filename，以對應日期產生 folder 及 文件後綴
例： dirname = '/data/service/biz_a' , filename = 'day' , suffix = '.log' 日誌打印： /data/service/biz_a/2021-12-14/day.log /data/service/biz_a/2021-12-15/day.log
