A hex bad char generator to instruct encoders such as shikata-ga-nai to transform those to other chars.

Badchar generator.

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -v, --version         Show version information,

  -f str, --format str  Format output: c, python, js, php, ruby, bash
