Development
Pycharm: although this is a subfolder in the archive_ops project, it must be developed as a standalone project. Other projects in archive-ops use it as a client, and it must be imported into their venv Open the project bdrc_db_lib in `archive_ops/bdrc_db_lib
Deployment

python -m setup bdist_wheel
twine upload --verbose -r testpypi dist/bdrc_db_lib-x.MM.mm-py3-none-any.whlInstallation
