Grace provides a toolchain to easy the development of JavaScript, HTML and CSS (SCSS).
The provided grace.py in the bin directory will suffice your needs. This should work as a standalone project. If you want to extend it, there is a plugin system included. For more information look at: https://github.com/mdiener/grace.
