Install
pip install schema-automator
Command Line

Generalizing:
schemauto generalize-tsv my-data.tsv > my-schema.yaml
Importing:
schemauto import-json-schema their.schema.json > my-schema.yaml
Annotating:
schemauto annotate-schema my-schema.yaml
