# Relion plugin
This plugin allows to use Relion programs within the Scipion framework.
Relion is a program that employs an empirical Bayesian approach to refinement of (multiple) 3D reconstructions or 2D class averages in electron cryo-microscopy. It is developed by [Sjors Scheres and others](https://www2.mrc-lmb.cam.ac.uk/relion/index.php?title=Main_Page).
Supported versions of Relion: 2.0.4, 2.1, 3.0
